1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment.
- Refunds are available only for courses that have not been fully completed.
- Digital course materials accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund if more than 20% of the course has been completed.

- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Special promotions, discounted bundles, or free trial courses.
- Completed courses or downloaded course materials.
4. Course Exchanges
- If you wish to switch to a different course, we can apply your payment as credit toward the new course, subject to availability.
5. Exceptional Cases
- If technical issues prevent access to a course despite repeated attempts to resolve them, LIST will provide either a replacement course or full refund.
